許雅棻 Tia Hsu 專長於領導力發展、人才評鑑與接班人培育。她具備霍根測評工具之個人與團體解讀與應用經驗,能協助個人與組織從人格特質、潛在風險與價值驅動因素中,辨識領導者的優勢、發展盲點與未來成長方向,並將測評洞察轉化為具體可行的發展建議。
曾參與人才發展與組織培育相關專案,能規劃並執行接班人發展計畫,包含人才需求分析、人才遴選、人才評鑑、人才發展活動規劃與執行、個人發展計畫教練、學習成果分析與追蹤。她擅長結合組織策略與人才需求,協助企業建立具延續性的人才梯隊,提升關鍵人才承擔未來角色的準備度。
此外,她亦具備領導力相關課程講師經驗,曾設計並帶領企業主管之領導力課程,主題涵蓋自我覺察、溝通協作、影響力、領導風格與團隊管理。她的授課風格重視實務應用與學員反思,能協助參與者將課堂學習轉化為工作中的具體行動。
Tia Hsu specializes in leadership development, talent assessment, and succession development. She has experience in both individual and group debriefs and applications of Hogan Assessments. She helps individuals and organizations identify leaders’ strengths, development blind spots, and future growth directions through insights into personality characteristics, potential risks, and values-driven motivators, translating assessment insights into concrete and actionable development recommendations.
Tia has participated in many talent development projects, and is experienced in planning and executing succession development programs. Her work includes talent needs analysis, talent selection, talent assessment, planning and implementation of talent development activities, individual development plan coaching, and analysis and follow-up of learning outcomes. She is skilled at integrating organizational strategy with talent needs to help companies build a sustainable talent pipeline and enhance the readiness of key talent to take on future roles.
In addition, Tia has served as a facilitator for leadership-related programs. She has designed and delivered leadership courses for corporate managers, covering topics such as self-awareness, communication and collaboration, influence, leadership styles, and team management. Her facilitation style emphasizes practical application and participant reflection, helping participants translate classroom learning into concrete actions in the workplace.
