I am an executive change coach. My core mission is to support executives to reconnect the dots between business needs for result and human needs for connection to achieve a better performance and engage more effectively their teams. My focus is on rebuilding trust, developing resilience and engagement by managing stress and creating effective relationships.
I believe that the key to transforming organizational performance is through the sustainability measures that are offered through effective coaching by developing self-awareness, building team trust, taking the risk of authentic communication and creating accountability.
