Having relocated herself to four continents among Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America, Janis has practical experience in the design of Business and Cultural orientation sessions for professionals in transition.

Her professional achievements have encompassed employment in international sales and marketing management, PR and brand management for global organizations in China, Czech Republic, Taiwan, the U.K. and the U.S. As a senior consultant, Janis has consulting with enterprises in Australia, Canada, Vietnam, the U.S. and the U.K.

Janis has experienced challenges of adapting to very diverse work cultures and co-founded a biotech corp. in California. She has coached C-suite executives how to engage and communicate with managers and peers to succeed professionally in foreign cultures.

Janis Chen is fluent in English, Mandarin, and conversational Czech. She has served at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technology, Philips, Intrax Cultural Exchange, and Oxford International.

She has a dual MA degree in Professional Communication & PR from University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic; Communications from La Salle University in Philadelphia, U.S.A.
