Ryan Ross’s Taiwan Distribution visit

Hogan’s Vice President of Global Alliance, Ryan Ross, and Asia-Pacific Director of Global Alliance, Krista Pederson, visited Taiwan November 17th – 19th 2016 to join a couple client events that are hosted by the Taiwan distributor, Infelligent Consulting & Coaching as well as delivered remarks at 2016 Asia-Pacific ATD (The Association of Talent Development) Conference.
Team Development and High-potential Selection & Development are two major topics during Ryan and Krista’s visit. Ryan & Krista joined an Annual HR Department meeting at 7-11 Group, one of the leading retail corporations. Liang, VP of HR Department of a global company, said that they’ve been using Hogan Assessments on the talent selections and development in Taiwan for years. Ryan’s visit has helped the whole HR team to understand the broad Hogan leadership thoughts and differences across cultures and hope to apply Hogan Assessments in their global branch offices.
Ryan spoke “Global Benchmarking High Potentials” at Infelligent Salon and shared his insight regarding leadership differences across cultures with more than fifty HR representatives, scholars, and consultants. That’s one of the highlights during Ryan & Krista’s visit. Infelligent plays a leading role in promoting and institutionalizing the Hogan Assessments as a tool for talent selections and development. They regularly give talks about the high-potentials selections and development at global leading corporations of various industries.
